The Kenton County Historical Society is sponsoring the 1st annual writing competition with cash awards and the chance to be published in their bi-monthly bulletin!
Students write a nonfiction article about Kenton County history: a person, building, business, site or other subject pertinent to Kenton County. The article will be judged by historians from the Historical Society and Behringer-Crawford Museum. *Rules explained below.
Prizes*
1st Place: $500 + winning article is published in the Kenton Co. Historical Society Bulletin
2nd Place: $300
3rd Place: $100
Honorable Mention: Up to five may be chosen
Deadline: MONDAY, May 1, 2023 5:00 p.m.
