Brown Bag Lunches
BCM’s Brown Bag Lunch program is a series of mid-day lectures, concerts and performances -- great opportunities to enjoy an informative and enjoyable program while lunching with friends. Bring your own lunch – we’ll provide drinks and dessert. $3 for BCM members, $10 for future members. Registrations requested: (859) 491-4003. Brown Bag Luncheon: Documentary: Lewis and Clark Expedition and Their Stay at Big Bone with Jim Mallory

James L. (Jim) Mallory, graduate of Missouri Valley College and is a retired corporate salesman, with a lifelong interest in history, focusing on the Lewis and Clark era. He and his wife, Paula, have followed the coast to coast Trail since 1985, accompanied on some trips by their two sons. He has served on several non-profit boards including the Bluegrass Council, BSA, Kentucky Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Commission, Partnership for the National Trails System and is a Past President of the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation. He is presently serving as a Founding Member and Vice Chairman of the Lewis and Clark Trust, Inc. He advocates for a truly coast to coast Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail and the values of Lewis and Clark for a truly National audience.
The lunch and lecture will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the BCM Education Center. Bring your own brown bag lunch. Drinks and desserts will be provided. Cost: $3 for BCM members; $10 for future BCM members. Free parking. Reservations recommended: (859) 491-4003. Free parking.
